I remember during the merger the disdain the lCal pilots were treated with, even told that we didn't know what a real union was and how much better things were going to be under the UAL MEC.

There’s a lot of talk about guys needing to re-quaint themselves with the line… Most of the FO reps and Captain reps still fly quite a bit… Add in the tens if not hundreds of volunteers who do awesome work for free, overall its a very useful organization. I think there’s been a bit of politicking and Things seem to have been pretty chummy at the top, but I imagine the fresh blood and added scrutiny will be changing that soon. I for one would say let’s not throw the baby out with the bathwater

It’s not the reps who need to fly, it’s the members of the NC who have lined their pockets at 94.5 hours per month for years and still brought us a complete piece of ******. They ALL need to be shown the door..yesterday.

Did you present a resolution at your LEC meeting? Not disagreeing. Just curious. Lots of that talk her but nothing has been put forward.

Not sure that is a huge swath of voters either, the 6:00 am first day report (vs 10:00am now) certainly has a lot of people voting no. That's a toss up issue at best.

The TA vote having to stay open is driven by the C&BL.

10 bucks says they make that voluntary, and then present us with EXACTLY the same TA2022.

Just kidding, The Negotiating Committee is bye bye.
