Default AA AIP Makes UAL TA Look Even Worse!

It’s hard to imagine AA could make this turd look any worse but here we are. All the yes votes I’ve heard are all driven by fear and how we won’t get anything better…uh BS! Here you go, more money without gutting their work rules. Any yes voters who thinks we can’t do any better, ask yourself, do you really believe we can’t do better than AA? Heck even if we did as well as AA, it’s better than the terms of our surrender the MEC and LEC’s sent to us.

How so?? It looked pretty damn similar to ours, except their pay raises were 6/5/5. However, that still brings them below or in parity with ours, so I wouldn’t call their proposed contract any better than ours.

Didn’t appear to take work rules concessions to get it.

How so? Isn’t it the company’s (AA) starting ask, not the cow pie that our “negotiators” got us after all this time? If so, then that’s how so.

AA is just offering UA + $2/hr. And a few sprinkles of premium pay. It is clear they waited to see the UA proposal before they came up with theirs. Even more important for UA to vote no.

IAHFLYR is obviously only a couple years from retirement and just wants some gravy on the way out. When he complained about the possibility of PS commuting, it was clear that he has plenty of seniority. Last week…he tried to throw a decoy and say he was in his 30’s. We all laughed. Nothing to see here. He isn’t going to change anybody’s mind.
