The improvements to reserve work rules, the creation of Overtime Pay and the Market Based Cash Balance Plan are just a few of the real QOL improvements for all of our pilots.”

What specifically about reserve is improved? Sorry guys, outside looking in but this sales job isn’t even good. Could “you” provide a specific example of how a 3 or 4 year upgrade on the NB fleet that is damned to reserve for a very long time going to benefit from this? That would be my question to him. To provide exact details. Right now they only have platitudes. Good luck guys. I hope you guys have some solidarity with this. Anything less than 70% no is a win for the union and company at this point.

Any Denver based pilots talked to their FO Rep about this TA? I immediately casted my no vote after speaking with him.

Man, that guy…

Really into the brotherhood.

“If we can’t get guys to come teach for $30k a month, then that’s on us.” Nothing like giving jobs away…

The co pilot rep, Chris McCullough should resign. He can choose the short sword or the long sword. Bushido is an honorable tradition. What a moron!

I hear he's the cousin of Tom Stivala for what it's worth.

I truly believe our negotiators have achieved the best agreement we can in terms of overall value to the pilot group in this economic environment.”

48 hours later AA’s opener makes him and the rest of the yes voters look like idiots. He truly believed it, well he is truly a moron management stooge that needs to be fired and have his cushy union dues funded job taken away. Go fly the line for a while
