I think this is worse.

Did your CEO put out a letter yet telling you there's no better deal around the corner? If you reject this down, expect the next deal to to not add any more value than this deal. That happened at Delta when the CEO realized it was going to fail. I think more people voted no out of anger to the CEO's letter.

I just laughed at that point. MEC and the company was screaming at us to vote yes.

It looks like the unsigned “Pro” letter was drafted in the Willis Tower and forwarded from management via the union already.

I agree 100%. Now it’s time to do our part and vote No. What percentage did the DAL TA fail by, almost 70%?

It’s up to all each and everyone of us to make sure voter apathy doesn’t allow this TA to pass. Please everyone on this forum please try to reach out to all the United pilots you know and educate those that aren’t as well informed or engaged as those of us on all the various forums and social media groups.

Don’t take anything for granted until the voting period ends. A TA rejection isn’t a forgone conclusion. The MEC propaganda machine and hard pressed sales job and fear campaign will ratchet up significantly over the next several weeks.

Best way to verify is to contact your reps and ask them about their Zoom meeting.

Let us know what they say.😘

Thank you for posting this! I see there are still some pilots here buying into the fear that we will get no better deal and lose retro if we vote this down.

That’s always a possibility. A better contract is not guaranteed simply by voting this one down. I happen to think the odds are in our favor presently, but it’s a long game & there will always be those who favor the bird in the hand.

It is a guarantee and it will not be a long game. Again guys. Management ITSELF has said they need this TA and new agreement to address TK and LCAs. Stop w the fear porn and send this turd back to the MEC.

Our current contract is already better overall than this TA. It’s really not a difficult choice.
