The guy sold out the pilots of C11, indeed all United pilots, and guys are still trying to defend him? Incredible. It’s like the guy who beats his wife, then when the cops show up, both the guy and the beaten wife turn on the cops!

You leave the guy in there, what do you think the second round of UPA2022 is going to look like?

REJECT AND RECALL

“Does the right thing”? You cannot possibly be serious. This guy supported a Union effort to replace Union protected jobs with non-Union jobs. If that is not treason of the highest form than please tell me what is. If the Union is not working to protect and improve our jobs, than what is the point of it?

Maybe he had a change of conscious, maybe he’s trying to save himself, I dont know. But a superficial apology is not enough to redeem him of his devilry. He hasn’t even stepped down yet for goodness sake. He’s still waiting “to be held accountable” because apparently he’s too much of a chickensht to hold himself accountable.

Seppuku is the only way for these people to salvage the legacy of their wickedness.

When this TA is rejected, it will end Insler's ALPA career.

As far as this subject, it's a C-11 matter. I'm not C-11. The members of C-11 can decide what course of action they want to see their Chair take.

Somewhat off topic stupid question - what's the story behind calling it C-11? I understand it to be IAD, but why not just call it as such? Is this an ALPA thing?

All ALPA Councils, specifically "Local Councils", have numbers.

Typically, one base is one council, but not always. You can have multiple small bases in one council (regionals), and you can have multiple councils in one base (MEM for FDX).

The numbering started with NWA (now DAL) with the MSP base (Council 1), and the numbers go up from there. Some councils have gone defunct due to base closures, bankruptcy, etc.

I must admit I am impressed by the listing of the name, email etc. of the OP.

But have to agree with you. Resignation is necessary. Voting for what I know of your TA (and I haven’t read it in it’s entirety) in any form as elected union representative would require no less if presented to me.
Crytser is a coward. having his strings pulled by his predecessor and the c12 chair.

The C11 LEC meeting is going to be full of fireworks… this letter was added fuel. Only reason the letter was created was to try and deter a recall after the huge backlash from membership… he cannot with a straight face say he misunderstood any of the TA terms he voted YES for a few days ago.
