This is the question we should all ask our LEC and MEC officers.
They HAVE TO have a moderately developed plan for a NO vote. I specifically want to hear this from the MC and the LEC members who voted in favor.
The answer to this question will give you a good idea of what's ahead for us.

Sounds reasonable to me.
Let’s get that ball rolling.
(Ok, maybe with a little different cast of characters.)

Honestly I don’t care. The current contract is light years ahead in terms of QOL and potentially pay (since PP trips will at minimum be reduced). For example this am on my BES as a IAH 737 CA 5 trips tomorrow starting before 10am have PP attached, every single trip after 10am is straight pay. A couple open PP trips/year and I make a 4% raise. If this POS passes I can show up at show time and be taken off my trip for any reason (it’s been moved to step 2 so even before going to a RSV or SRM) and no longer get 125% for abrogating my seniority.
That’s just a single example.

When Delta's got voted down, they polled us and decided that profit sharing cut, sick leave, and withholding trips from bid pack were the drivers that cause it to fail. The next TA didn't touch 2 of the 3. Sick leave was changed a little but not nearly as bad as failed TA. FWIW, it took 17 months for new TA but it had full retro to the amendable date of previous contract.

It’s definitely IF it gets voted down. There are lots of people who are afraid to turn it down with the economy potentially heading towards a recession, bird in the hand types, or those with little time left with the company who don’t want to risk having to wait for or miss out on a better deal. APC is the furthest thing from an accurate measure of where the group stands, as are some of the other forums. I really hope this thing gets shot down, but I’m expecting to be disappointed.

Those scaredy-cats have a contract in hand that’s already a better deal than the pos TA. It’s not like the TA is a little better than the current contract and some people are ok with that because it’s better than what’s in hand. This TA goes backwards. Period. Not everyone is going to feel that way but there’s nothing you can do about them. Most people with any level of critical thinking skills can see it though.
