This should be labeled 2022 CONCESSIONARY UPA. I don’t even have to read Section 3. There are more “gives” than gets in this thing. RSV will now suck even more, except you get a few hours of add pay here and there. Add pay has never stopped the company from abuse. You now have to “opt in” to their new pay scheme for landings otherwise you don’t get paid if you lapse in landings. We still get the honor of keeping the worst sick leave accrual in the industry and Vacation still doesnt count as a full day.
The NC should be fired. What a shame.

Have to check schedule on day off afternoon to be available for 0600 assignments day one of reserve block… that’s worse than regional reserve rules.

The MEC and NC should both be absolutely ashamed. How is it even possible for them to present us with this total turd?
Step 1. Update vacancy bid page.
Step 2. Vote no.
Step 3. Immediately remove A380 pay rate from our contract. We were NEVER going to get them, nobody wants them. There is a reason it is there. Ask our “leadership” why?
Step 4. Recall MEC and NC, and replace them.
I guess thanks to “our” union for spending so much time negotiating a PAY CUT and DECREASE in QOL for us?
