I skimmed it. Still unlimited sc/fsbs, early show on first day of reserve, LTD improvements but no retirement, retirees can work at tk for 24 months, lots of add pay potential for locals on reserve with early pickups (2 hrs add pay per early departure could be 4-6 hrs add pay per reserve block if you game the system), 6 day block can now pickup 4 days in APW, commuter parking up to $60, annual uniform replacements, faa medical and ekg $340 a yr, 764 no longer at widebody rate 752/a321 banded above 737 rate, 5 hrs pay for rolled days on reserve, late pay 20min per hour for first two hours, health insurance deductible/out of pocket/copay got more expensive, ... lots of little changes but overall still working 90 hr months with zero additional vacation, no change to sick time, and a pension that you need to have hit the 415 limit (61,000 for 2022 under age 50) + 10,000 spill to RHA before any spill towards pension seems excessive. Not pleased.

I can’t vote on this, but….woof. As someone on reserve still, and hopefully line holder soon, I definitely would have liked to see better reserve rules out of this. We’re worse than most regionals, even. With the companies fighting for pilots, reserve rules are a something that will make people not pick UAL (not to mention bypassing upgrade so you’re not on reserve again).
Have to agree with you there. The reserve changes seem to make it more profitable, but actually worse in terms of actually scheduling/QoL. The theory of making it more costly is such a drop in the bucket that it seems to open the door to more exploitation with a 0600 day 1 report.

Pardon my French but WHAT A F!?&ing embarrassment!! How could the MEC clear that for public view. This is what we spend on ALPA negotiating flight pay loss? I’m not even angry, just super embarrassed. I’m sorry fellow pilots, we deserve more than what the negotiators have given.

Horrible. I’m a solid NO after reading entire plane language brief.
Is top rate for LCA $524?
-give to LCA is ridiculous
-lots of extra money for Reserve guys to spend in their crashpad coming in a day early
-I think they may actually increase unfilled vacancy numbers
