Where are the quality of life improvements for line holders. I see nothing that will increase days off, make commuting in to work either by car or air less stressful, no change to sick accumulation or use or loose it system, no change to vacation pay, no major improvements to medical, no me too pay clause, training pay increased to 4.5 but still is not 5hrs a day. I can go on and on. Only positive changes that I see are LTD, and scope wasn’t changed.

I can’t vote on this, but….woof. As someone on reserve still, and hopefully line holder soon, I definitely would have liked to see better reserve rules out of this. We’re worse than most regionals, even. With the companies fighting for pilots, reserve rules are a something that will make people not pick UAL (not to mention bypassing upgrade so you’re not on reserve again).

I can’t imagine the current SWAPA leadership would, but past ones surely would. Anyway, sorry for the thread hijack. Back to bashing the UAL TA (deservedly so).

Total piece of garbage. Should be insulted they had the balls to pass this and send it as if it were a good deal. I can't vote no fast enough. Absolute POS. The gains that LCA's and TK would get should be across the board.
