Looks like FSB is alive and well…..
In fact I really don’t see much in the way of QOL improvement for reserves.
Pay rates are underwhelming.
Paid medical? NOPE!
My initial glance at the bullet points left me not happy.

So sounds like all those leaked pay rates were complete BS. $352 top rate now - 14% increase takes that to $401 - about the same as what UPS has on the table. 14% over two years with inflation currently at an annual rate of 8.6%. Highest rates in the world yes but not able to keep up with inflation. Kind of a bummer for all the airlines trying to pattern bargain of that I think.
