Sounds like you need a hobby. Let’s just agree to wait for the language my guy.

If you plan on being an east coast commuter, pick any NB at EWR or IAD. The time to a line is relatively the same. Not withstanding the longer time of reserve which is a life-drainer as a commuter, EWR 756 junior lines are often built to min days off lately to around the 2017-hire mark. Conversely, the trips on the 737/320 tend to be more productive, so depending on your relative seniority, you have a much better QoL sooner for the same credit or have the option to bid more days off when your seniority improves.

As I said before, usually the only people in the NH classes “forced” into WBs or the 756, when they are offered, are at the younger-side, so if you’re older than the bottom 30%-ish of your class, you will likely have the option.

Thats good to know. I am sitting at 38 years old. It wouldn’t surprise to be at the bottom of the middle of the pack.

Looking at the last few classes that I can see, the average age was just a hair over 37, so you should be GTG.

Don't be ashamed about being ashamed by the fact that you didn’t comprehend I was telling him not to be ashamed of wanting something. It’s pride month, I guess I should have used positive words instead. He should be proud of the fact he sounds like he wants to be in a WB. No shaming here.

And Zoomie, I’m not joking. I would think if a guy didn’t want something, he wouldn’t say anything when nobody has asked. That’s how I operate anyway. This is kinda like saying “I’m not racist buuuuut…(something racist)” or “I’m not trying to be an @$$h0le buuuuuut…(something an @$$h0le would say).”

105 unfilled FO spots on the snapshot without considering the fact that the company will be able to add more awards when they use the provisions of 8-C-4 during the final award. They said they are trying to keep the training center at max throughput, so I am guessing that will mean new hires will get these assignments in July and Aug so they can fill training slots without taking folks off of the line.

Default Interesting

It’s interesting to watch this thread and the opinions etc which all have some truth/opinion/validity. But all I get from this thread is how the ‘F’ do we get to complaining so much on reserve and work rules our MEC continues to hand us and we as a pilot group continue to vote in the affirmative for? Watching this thread looks like management just gives us our work rules and we accept them. All these negatives fall on our yes votes instead of more no votes in the past. We never learn.
