The pay rate is abysmal. Only thing I see worth anything might be that " cash balance plan" but if it's just employee funded and has no company contribution then this turd is DOA.

The fact UAL stock just jumped 6% on the news its clear who won this negotiation and it ain't the pilots.

It was such a huge win for management that this TA has pulled the whole market up....DOW +600, S&P +85, NASDAQ +300
