I think you guys have it all wrong.
Who needs compensation that keeps up with inflation? Who needs a strong union? A decent dental plan for their children? This is all nonsense.
Good Leads the Way. You have diversity. You have fluid identities. You have a 5% cancellation rate, but your customers don’t care about that. They care about identity politics. Anybody that tells you any different is just trying to keep the past alive with inequitable outcomes.
Pfff…you guys have everything a modern pilot can want. Retirement fund? Pfff…now go to Flying Together and input your chosen identity for the day…
Good Leads the Way.

pertinent to the operation instead of all listed above, then maybe we could start running a much better operation?

But the one for sure item regarding this AIP to T/A will prove true. If the MEC sends it out the vote from a pilot group standpoint is a mute point. It will pass if the MEC votes to approve it. Now that in no way is a knock but simply a reality of the way this pilot group thinks and is. If the MEC says yes we as a pilot group will do with absolute devotion what UALPA supports.

This is a slow Infowars week or something? The “sad thing” is any one of you are putting any energy at all into made-up predictions and then subsequently making disparaging comments about the group which you belong based on these invented predictions. Who’s the real moron here?

As soon as I see a scope concession in the rumor - I know the rumor is false (or out of context). SK has said in every earnings call / investor update since the United Next order that we have 100+ RJs parked because of a lack of pilots. Allowing more large RJs doesn't change that, and frankly is completely counterfactual to anything he is saying or doing elsewhere in the org.
