I tip based on the service received from the driver. It’s for them. If they are late do to over booking, bad traffic, not their fault. Just like delays aren’t our fault. It’s a judgement call, but I feel it’s pretty easy to tell who has a good attitude and who could give $h!t about their job. 30 min after block in self help, done

I mean each load. So net 2 per bag. I have 3. That’s 6.00.

They drive us, we then fly the people in the plane, etc. The driver doesn't work directly for the airline, but they are contracted by them so it is essentially the same.
I throw a $20 to TSA every time I go through KCM. Also flip a $5 to the agent as I go down to the jet. You don’t???

The SFO transpo is wretchedly incompetent.

Record your block in time. At block in +31 take a cab & expense it. If hotel has no rooms, walk to a 4-star hotel & again, expense it. If your transpo is late to pick up for return to airport, do not go to extraordinary lengths to push on time.

It’s not our job to fix the company’s failed responsibilities.

They don’t lug my bag. Also many are paid as “tip receiving employees” so are not making an hourly wage that’s even close to minimum wage.

I’m pretty sure only waiters/ waitresses/maybe valet? Gets under min wage. Hotel shuttle drivers aren’t paid $2.13 per hr or whatever.
