I'm afraid that even if they put out a new deal or loa, it will be underhwelming. It's not like they are having trouble hiring pilots or growing the operation. Other airlines are in similar spot with delayed contract negotiations and using covid as a cover for not paying us more.

Did you at least understand it when you voted on it? The number of strong opinions from those that didn't even read it is astounding (not op but in general.) A big problem at our airline is a small but very vocal amount of old timers who think being ornery is equivalent to being intelligent. It is spelled out in content locker.

The SAD part is the amount of fellow pilots who don't even know what they voted on. Oh well.. is what it is.

However they might not feel the need for getting the best (highest) pay that we deserve. Getting to UAL for many people is "good enough" when it comes to career prospects and may not realize what us pilots can miss out on.
