New iPads- and they want their charger back
Just got a ccs message about scheduling an appointment for new iPads. The message also insists on the return of the 12w charger and cable. I wonder how strict they will be on this as those items seem to be “consumables”. Over the years I have paid for many out of my own pocket. Just throwing it out there.

My first cable died and I just walked up to building F and they gave me a new one without even asking a question. Granted not everyone can do that

I have gone through a half dozen chargers over the years and the CPO has always replaced it.
