The social media deal isn't that hard to understand. It doesn't matter if you think that Trump is the second coming of Christ, or that Lia Thomas is really a woman. Don't tie the corporate image into your post and you'll be fine. Feel free to discuss left wing or right wing stuff in the appropriate place, but leave work out of it. As far as Swayne and the layover guy, their videos are all done with corporate blessing. I personally don't care for them, so I simply don't watch.

Who is this really "winning" over, though? Corporate social media channels or not - UAL has NEVER, and will NEVER, have a shortage of pilot applicants. Period.

THIS is the most important post in the 18 pages here. Is he an ALPA pilot first? Apparently the answer is a resounding YES. Smart move to decline to participate in United’s propaganda campaign during contract negotiations.Even better that you walked the picket line with us. Wear your pin proudly, back your union, and never forget that company would replace you in a nanosecond if they thought they could get someone to do it cheaper. Anyway, congrats to this young man for his ability to help out the next generation. 👍🏼
