Indoc is part of an approved AQP program that usually ends up with Indoctrination Validation (IV) which is PRIA reportable event.
You are also an employee day 1 i believe? So yes, it must be reported and will suggest a washout through PRIA and PRD.

If the company decides to dig in to the submitted records for everyone that has submitted them then United might have a slight pandemic of fraudulent vaccine submissions.

What vaccines had adverse long term side effects? The vaccines are not experimental they are approved for emergency use. Soon they will be FDA approved. What is your suggested strategy for return to unrestricted international travel without mass vaccination and digital health passports?
