You can bet that the company talked to a group of very expensive lawyers before making the announcement. ALPA talked to their lawyers as well and seem to agree that a company can mandate the vaccine. I’m sure that a small group will pitch in and find a lawyer willing to take their money, they will lose, and then keep this thread alive for years after getting the shot rather than face termination.

Exactly. At this point, not allowing them to participate in a civilized society is the most humane way to handle these people. Personally, moving the unvaccinated somewhere far away from us is not only possible but likely given how small of a population they are. I know some people suggest far more deliberate solutions than that. I understand their anger. I don’t know what’s going to happen, but something needs to otherwise this will never end.

Thanks for the accolades! I appreciate it. I needed a break from you losers. My opinions haven’t changed, although I know you’re dying to ask this question: Am I going to get the vaccine?? I suppose I have to now if I want to keep my job, won’t I?? October 24th will be my jab date. Unfortunately I can’t replace this income. And don’t give me some BS excuse about being a hypocrite.
