What are talking about? Name one normal person who supports discrimination (who isn’t a leftist or white supremacist).
Go ahead I’ll wait.

Only the left cares so much about race or gender

So, is OBAP getting what they want?

Free money for flight training with no strings and no requirements to pay the money back? Zero interest loans for their peeps?

It has been open to all the flavors for decades. It is not easy, nor should it be, but any race has the opportunity now. Why are we making it easier for some and harder for others solely based on race and gender.

Default Men vs Women pilots

Read an interesting research article that explained that
The male brain is wired from front to back, with few connections across the two hemispheres. Women, on the other hand, have more wiring from left to right, so the two hemispheres are more inter-connected. Therefore, men are better in spatial coordination and have a better sense of direction or SA. They excel in math and are great at interpreting three-dimensional objects. They have a better hand-eye coordination and more precise controls compared to women.

Men are better at peeing in the woods.

Women are better at childbirth.

Anyone can fly an airplane.

BLLSLHHHT.

Statement one. Agree.
Statement two. Agree.
Statement three. Vehemently disagree. And the accident record supports my opinion. Perhaps you're right and anyone can fly, but fly well? I like to think that most of us are capable of routinely passing a higher standard. After all, we kicked the Frasca's a$$!

Just about anyone can FLY an airplane. At the passenger transport level, it’s not really about flying skills as much as judgment and decisive action. When it comes to command decisions, calm nerves under extreme circumstances, and overall comfort with being in charge while not being overbearing? All are not created equal.

My observation is if one doesn’t have good flying skills they make up for it by being deficient in everything else. Lousy flying skills= Poor decision making, low confidence, they are uncomfortable and edgy making for a horrible flight deck environment and all that leads to horrible leadership skills.
