I don’t know the number but I was an early December interview and was not in class when COVID hit. On this thread or another one there was a March interview poolie who checked in. So, there could be quite a lot (December through early March).
After the words “soon” and “pretty quickly” on the NGPA thing I am anxiously awaiting to hear, just like you all.

Thanks and will do. I have heard they are calling poolies and asking them to correct their apps. They recently altered the amendment questions. Glad I checked mine. Yes, they have extended the timetable to our benefit which is great. About every two months they send us an update with lots of information always keeping it very positive. It’s a very classy move and I for one, greatly appreciate it.
Hope to be on property soon and start training. It’s been a long wait. Though, keeping positive and staying proficient and current in my aircraft that I fly now.
Best of luck to the others, stay strong!

We need to post a profit in 2 consecutive quarters to terminate. Also, I believe the verbiage was that we posted a “pre-tax earnings profit”. Someone savvier than me may be able to clarify, but that sounds to me like exciting corporate speak for “still losing money”. Not sure if that would even qualify as a termination trigger.

Also, aren't the Empty Line and guaranteed 3-month COLAs also dependent on the LOA staying in force? Those provisions are still be used by many pilots.

Rumor on the street is the MEC doesn't like Empty Lines anymore so that LOA is going to be terminated.

According to a PDR, the company is under no obligation to offer them as they are a temporary provision, but obviously is still doing so while it makes sense to. Although the question I asked pertained particularly to the 3-month COLA.

Maybe I'm confused.
SRLs are in the UPA, the LOA just expanded how they could be used. The expanded flexibility in SRLs will go away with the LOA but the option from straight 50hr SRLs will remain.
I don't think either Empty Line or the guaranteed 3-month COLAs with benefits at active-pilot rates is in the UPA. Those are in the LOA and will go away when the LOA terminates.
What do I have wrong?
