Good to hear that they consider this the end of "phase two", with growth ahead.
Nice to see in 22-02V the reopening 756 in DCA/LAX/SFO.
It's interesting to see they need 40 more FO's for EWR756.

Maybe getting people trained in the 756, knowing that some (or maybe even many) will bid the other 756 bases like DC when they reopen early next year?

Do we have the manpower available to staff this bid? Or, does this qualify as growth and necessitate new hires? It looks like EWR needs 80 FO's and 50 CA's. Provided all 50 of those CA's come just from EWR that's like 130 pilots EWR needs. Maybe I don't understand it...that happens.

Just looking at the min/max tightening up, I’d say we’re almost there with this one and may see it open positions on the next one. Difference between currently active pilots and the min is now 246 pilots. Relative new guy here, but that’s how I understand we can ballpark staffing.
