Mental health options ARE in fact allowed for pilots. Seek help.

nI can tell this is Neil because of your argumentative drift. You originally said pilots were not being paid for MAX training. This is not true. You also are ignorant of your own contract and refuse to believe any info on any topic from anyone who isn't you. Admit you were wrong, and move on. Life is too short. Off to the beach for me!

I NEVER said pilots were not being paid. I questioned under which vehicle they were compensated. Still waiting for you to tell us how pilots were saved from free Max training. While you’re at it tell us about all this training we did for free post PBS awards.
Enjoy the swim Dr Phil.

Anyway, here is the NEW language. I know you can't keep track of what is your own personal perceived sleights and wounds to psyche versus objective reality, but outside of your brain reality continues on. (as an aside, lack of personal knowledge of an event does not correlate with the likelihood of such a thing being true or false. Just because you personally haven't heard of something does not mean it is fake) Hey did you see AA is furloughing again?
HERE IS THE TEXT FROM THE LOA4. Post-Award Training Pay
Sections 3-E-2-a and 3-E-2-b shall be replaced in their entirety with the following:
3-E-2-a A Lineholder shall receive pay (applied to PTC and LPV) equal to the pay value
of the Trip(s) dropped, but no less than three (3) hours of pay per day for training of five
(5) days or more, excluding recurrent training.
3-E-2-b A Reserve shall receive pay (applied to LPV) equal to five hours (5:00) for each
reserve day dropped, but no less than three (3) hours of pay per day for training of five
(5) days or more, excluding recurrent training.

You did and said a lot of nasty things too. Very poor form. What vehicle? ACH deposit I assume... Please, take some time off to cool your jets.

All you posted above was adding the qualifier for pay in excess of 5 days of training and further define pay as LPV and PTC. The original 3-E-2 included pay for training after schedule preferencing. Max training is less than 5 days. You still haven’t shown us how we weren’t going to be paid for Max training AND how we used to do all this training for free.
Focus Dr Phil, focus.

Let’s try this one more time. I asked were they being paid on the 16th of next month or paid via vacation credit? I do love it when you call me nasty. Is that like Trump nasty or something you’d whisper in my ear nasty?

PAY (We answered that on the first post.)
Of course, your friend could have called his CPO, or his rep, of filed a PDR and provided everyone with an answer a few days ago. But this rumor, like the 'girlfriend in Canada' or 'hiring CFIs directly into the airline is a good idea' is false.
Now, your friend who's Master Schedule you posted may have had to work an extra few days or some other circumstance which would enable him to receive ADDITIONAL compensation like Vacation credits, just like ANY OTHER pilot would under the UPA in cases of a delay in training, or some other one-off circumstance. But your asinine premise was already settle numerous numerous posts ago, and we are only at this bizarre outpost of contractual minutiae due to your bringing it up in a feeble minded attempt at a defense.
Every one of your claims has been shown to be baseless. Consider going to the park and finding a nice bench and some birdseed, bread is bad for the birds.

“ The LOA actually saved a lot of buts because it got pay for post PBS training, which the max very well could have been. That used to be free. ”
We already had pay for training assigned after schedule production. Please explain how this LOA saved the 37 pilots.
While you’re at it inform us all this training that used to be free.
C’mon Phil. Answer the questions.

Are you trying to win an internet argument? Who cares what we get paid for training? We make tons of money training aside. We are still killing it despite Covid or training. Cares money had been awesome. Regardless of what vacation or training pays We still make boatloads of $$$$$. Stop complaining!
