It takes a lot of work to identify someone one here.

It would first take someone to have enough interest to begin the legal process then it would would take a court order for APC to release that information.

even if that, all it will show the perpetrator’s email address, info they filled out and the IP address.

If the the perpetrator is smart, they would give fake info when they signed up for APC, a ghost email address and use a proxy to hid their IP address.

even if the didn’t mask their IP address, It would take further investigation, to see who exactly was posting from the IP address if from a public location. Example: they only used APC when they were connected to a Starbucks WIFI. Detective would have to go back and look at CCTV records, interview potential witnesses. Let me tell you, they are not going to do that for a someone breaking Biden’s EO. A major offense is something they would—like murder, manslaughter, rape etc.
