What would you suggest they should have done Grumble? Resign? I suggest you don’t make the bottom 1/3 your target...Whatever the situation might be, it’s certainly not their fault. Lotsa fault to go around, but none falls on them. They’ve been used...the sooner you stop chastising them, the sooner they’ll know it...No disrespect intended...but this is chess, not checkers...

The only ones I know unable to find work(that tried) couldn’t find work making $200k with 15 days off and wouldn’t settle for anything else.
Wow thank you somebody finally said it!!! I don't get it either grumble.

“massive contract cuts” ... really? Did I miss something in the TA and the pages upon pages of opinionated “facts”, ... I thought the TA just requires the company to pay me for less work at FULL BOOK RATES UNDER FULL BOOK RULES. Or are you saying that you personally are taking a massive pay cut? I was approved for an empty line thru spring 2021, so this is actually a massive pay raise for me ... if this is all about me.

We all get one vote; no one’s vote counts more than anyone else’s; and we don’t have to let this divide us. Vote closes tomorrow at 1200pm EST. VOTE.

To all of the “it’s all about me and my credit time” whiners:

After the TA passes on Monday it sounds like this will be far too oppressive a work environment for you to exist in. Please consider the EO. Put differently, get the **** out and hopefully your life will be happier. No one will miss flying with you the way you are now, nor will they miss drinking with you.

I fully plan to COLA out as long as possible. Saw the writing on the wall back in March and got to work. You don’t get to denigrate people for not giving you their money either.

Why, because I’m not willing to vote myself other people’s money?

I’m in the bottom third with a furlough notice in hand.

Also voted NO.

Your arrogance is incredible but do you see how that works in reverse?
