I think the union should have paid for us to have access to an outside review by a well respected legal team and a financial analysis team.

I think another set of eyes on this would have been prudent. We should get summaries and briefings from others besides putting all our eggs in just the mothership's basket.

Well put. This agreement is fairly straightforward in it's structure. The confusing parts are about personal impacts relating to pay protection and displacement cancellations. IMO we've been given plenty of time and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
