I think the union should have paid for us to have access to an outside review by a well respected legal team and a financial analysis team.
I think another set of eyes on this would have been prudent. We should get summaries and briefings from others besides putting all our eggs in just the mothership's basket.

With the voting window open for SEVEN days and the details of the TA having already been out for a week, along with videos and multiple Q&As, if you’re feeling “rushed”, maybe you shouldn’t be an airline pilot.
As for any perceived shortened timeline...this has to be done by the end of the month lest the furloughs go forward as planned. There is no mystery or hidden agenda in that.
