Interesting demographics also. Almost an exact split into thirds among age groups. About 70 pilots turn 62 this year, 75 turn 63 and 74 turn 64. Even a handful of guys turning 65 later this year are jumping on this deal.

I'm sure they have targets...hopefully they will expand the pool if they don't reach them. I also hope we're still pushing to increase their targets!
