No they didn’t. They said as of fall 2020 they are surplus 7000 (we are around that if not more). Fall of 2021 they estimate 2500-3500 surplus after retirements. They will furlough a lot less than we will.

I don't know what United's projections are, but United's fate depends heavily on international travel. If international travel returns quickly, United will be in good shape. If international travel sucks for a long time, it bodes poorly for United.

I would expect Delta to furlough in October whatever they think they'll be surplus in fall 2021 and carry the excess through winter 2020. So I'd expect Delta to furlough 2500-3500 based on their projections.
