I was taught during probation to get a six month zero income emergency fund. Preferable 18 months.

I don’t see govt providing anymore bailouts for airlines... even if they did the airlines won’t accept it unless the aid came as a free grant... companies don’t want to give up anymore stake in their companies to the govt... they’d rather go BK and start clean.
