756 Fleet Parked?

So you think that because guys are getting min guarantee all is good with our relationship with the company? Naive.......
The company did with without any consultation with ALPA. Don’t you real your emails?
if you think Munoz or Kirby weren’t aware of this, I’ve got a bridge to sell ya.

the company could have kept 1 single 757 flying between EWR and ORD per day as a turn and wouldn’t of had to do jack. so in a way this is better than we could have gotten. If the company was thinking of a way to screw us out of pay they didn’t think very hard.

The same thing that happens to any shareholder....you get some nice pieces of paper suitable for framing. That's what happens when you invest in the airline industry, eventually you get cashed out! Also 49% in Aeromexico, significant %in Latam, and Virgin Australia. Even a %in AF/KLM and Korean Air.

To those who thought Munoz or Kirby were any different than any other CEO, please note how this was handled. They tried suckering more folks into eSRL’s and empty lines then parked the fleet without notice to even ALPA. The company suckered ALPA into eSRL’s and now this horse manure. Expect more shenanigans going forward. WHEN the company asks for concessions remember how they handled this. The company is not your friend. Buyer beware!
Any good will we are experiencing is a direct result of ALPA/MEC/LEC engagement and pilots holding the company accountable. Period.dot.

Take a look at the seniority of EWR/IAH/DCA/ORD. Those bases are senior on the 756 because of the International flying. The question is do those pilots want to take a pay cut to fly an uncomfortable aircraft doing domestic 4 day trips.
let me know how your pay compares after all the PPU trips you are going to be getting of the next year. Compare yourself to a 764/763 line not a 752 line. If you compare yourself to a SFO/LAX/DEN line then I agree with you as do all United pilots and that is why the 756 in those bases are so junior.

Everyone needs to stop comparing one fleet paying using PP trips vs not on another. Once furloughs happen anyone taking PP trip will wake up with a horses head in their bed.

agreed anyone who brags about making more than a 777 CAP as a NB FO due to premium pay and open time is in for a big real life jolt.

This is a copy of the court case regarding the Spirit Pilots and their lack of picking up open time. They lost and the Court effectively made the Spirit Pilots pick up open time.
