Except for Motch. The BMW is running in Jersey, and the prick is in Europe.😀

It's an '83 SC. Last of the really Jurassic hand built cars, with really evil suspensions. Don't go into a turn too fast, there is no recovery. Brake hard early, then hit it prior to the apex. Good brakes, but braking too late? Gets you backwards.

It was my dad's before me. About 165k miles on it now, still going strong. Except for being cut off by newer Beamer things...that can't get off their cell phones!

Meh......just get a Miata. That’s a real sports car!

Last year of the SC then. Enjoy and hang on to it. I’ve owned many a 911, even the least desirable models of which have become ridiculously overpriced and desirable.

Fortunately for you, the SC does not fit that description and is a great driver’s car to own and use.

Your dad probably already did it, but just make sure you updated to the oil-fed Carrera tensioners. Simple, but an absolute must-do.

Yup, got all the mods. Haven't needed the pop off valve for the intake box but it's in there anyway. The fuel injection has been pretty reliable. No blown up intake boxes. Now if I could just get the little plastic deallies on the seat belts to not bind....
