Wife was at 83%. Now at 50% below.

So, since tons of pilots are now going to be sitting reserve who didn't ask for/couldn't receive an SRL, will the crew desk continue to build FSBs and needlessly expect pilots to go to the airport petri dish and then not get used?

Can you refuse a FSB in this day and age? Any union talk of altering these for the safety of the pilots?

Yep, I went from 30% above to 20% below overnight and yes you can fully expect the sadists in CS to build even more SC's and FSB's just because they can. #core4

Were I to see an excessive number of SC's and FSB's, I might be inclined to just stay home. But, I bid for an SRL in April, this won't be a decision I'll have to make. May? Who knows.

My seat is down to ONE flight. How many FSB's and SC's do they need?

So now we’re finally concerned about reserve rules and excessive SC/FSB assignments. Got it.

Maybe that’s the good thing that will come from this. More people may care.

As it turns out - reserve is NOT a choice.

Avoiding reserve with a RSL was a choice that many made.

That has not been happening this month, at least on WB fleet. Just too many pilots on reserve. Many of us will not get to 5 SCs for 76hrs.
YMMV
