Maybe they will. But it's better than an all out ban on flights. And you may need to check the source who told you it was a "done deal"...

My wife’s friend works at the Israeli consulate in LA. She actually called us asking about it. I hadn’t heard anything about it then I found that link on the other forum. I’ll call her tomorrow and get an update.

Im thinking a 14 day quarantine may end up having the same effect as banning the flights. We’ll see.

I’ve been to lazy to get on Flying Together. Would you mind sharing what you’re seeing? Rough numbers are fine.

What i disagree with is this: when the company publishes a wide body captain vacancy, there’s a belief that it creates 7 or 8 move ups. That might be true during expansion, but when people automatically assume that the reverse is true during contraction, i don’t think that’s right. It depends on where the surplus actually is and how senior those people are.
where are you getting your seniority numbers from? I don’t even think we have 2000 TOTAL WB FOs.....and we have not hired 4000 pilots since 2016. If you come up 4000 pilots from the bottom of the list you are into 2007/2008 hires.

do you even work for United?

200 seats available, 2 nonrevs listed. And one will use a vacation pass at the last minute to make sure they get on first.
