Exactly. The deal was signed long before the MAX debacle. Obviously SWA would now like to hold onto these 700s but it’s too late.

So yes, at the height of the airplane shortage at SWA there are 737NGs being sent to UA.

Not for long. The first two have been transferred and are waiting for UAL paint and interiors.

It only took one seat slam mid-stream for me to swear off lifting the seat. Thank god the lids stay put.
