The first thing he’ll try to go after is scope. Please don’t relax it anymore, there’s already way too much regional flying.

Kirby’s the best in the industry, we are lucky to have him. That’s why Oscar brought him on, Oscar is sticking around as an Executive Chair position.

Kirby loves 3 things:

Contractors
Outsourcing
RJ’s

He’s from the low cost slash and burn school of thought. Good luck.

The employees are what keep the wheels turning at a United, not some Air Force UPT washout. If he creates an unhappy work force, he probably wouldn’t last through next year.

It's been Kirby's growth plan over the last 3 years, not Oscar's. I'd say we are in good shape.

Lol. If he keeps the shareholders happy, he’ll be king for life.

He comes from the same school as Doug Parker. Ask aa guys about that.

Nice message... now we wait and watch. Assuming one can say they have in fact regained employee trust as was Oscar’s focus, and it does seem Oscar did his job well in that capacity, we will now see if Scott is also focused on maintaining and fostering that culture. Again, actions speak louder than words. Well done Oscar...Good luck to all of us on a positive and prosperous 2020.

I disagree!!! Oscar showed that the most important asset a Company has is their engaged employees. Kirby is aligned with the bean counters!!! Bean counters do not care about the employees because we are a liability.
