For some reason Guam is put under the international umbrella and is thus excluded from offline jumpseaters in the actual jumpseat. Otherwise as long as both the orig and dest airports are in the 50 states, District of Columbia, or a territory or possession of the US, you are good to go.

So, STT is allowed

I commuted from STT for a bit, and used USair, United and delta all in the cockpit and never had a problem. Granted this was 2007 as a regional guy but it worked then, should work now. Enjoy.
