So with 8 slots available in the G building. And from the previous post. 3 Max and 2 787 sims already accounted for,

We could always convert the 350’s into 321xlr’s. They’d probably be delivered before the max 10. I’ve always liked Boeing, but I’m sure that the company is wishing that they had gone with the NEO like Delta did.

Watch the orders Avianca has for the 321 neo
I think 30 or 35 easily can come this way

I think we should consider moving everything back to Houston in order to better handle this new influx of newhire pilots. Discuss.

On the 756 fleet most definitely yes. There was a lot of additional training on the 756 especially in the procedural phase with new hires because the 756 foot print was not conducive to training new people who had no Boeing FMC experience.

The 777 fleet no.

The A-320 is a really good program for new hires that fleet really has their stuff together.

The 737 is still having some integration issues. But I didn’t ever teach or train in it (thank god!) so I can’t really speak as to the additional training numbers.

As a side note. I am super happy to not be in the building anymore. I don’t miss it even a little bit.

Surely.

Although I will say... The oxygen levels in Houston were much more desirable.

The number one complaint I heard from students. The air was to dry causing sleep issues. It is, and it does.
