Show me where in our agreement we would go above own metal pilots. This is such a bs statement and we are using our exclusive UAX carriers like they are wholly owned. Who cares if they are not they exclusively fly for us might as well be wholly owned. This is how Ual and UalAlpa wants them prioritized on the Jumpseat.
Some of the F/O s flying with these bone head J/S deniers need to get that T shirt that reads... " I'm With Stupid"

Not only can you, you must. The only way to respond to a blanket policy is with a blanket response. I have friends at Skywest. I will deny them. I’ve written two LOR for Skywest pilots recently. I can’t fathom doing that going forward. Doesn’t mean it’ll move the needle much but there must be a unified response.

I’ve spent nearly five years at SkyWest trying to be noticed by United. As a captain, this is one of the last things I want to deal with. I already deal with plenty at work and this is just another stressor. I had zero intention of denying anyone but now we are being told the FOM will be changed to exclude United and other carriers. What am I supposed to do? Think of the position I put a new hire FO in should I choose to go against the FOM? Until it is changed, I will not be denying anyone from my jumpseat. I want to move everyone where they need to go, and I want no part in denying anyone a flight to or from their families. They’ve put all of us in a very difficult position and to see people threatening all of us because we work at a certain company has my stomach in knots. United is my dream job and like many others, I have poured my soul into this career trying to make it to my career destination.

I feel as though many are under the misconception that we voted on this action and or elected the SAPA president that was put into the position by default.

We don’t. What most are saying is stand up and do/say something about it. You are letting these ass clowns potential ruin an avenue to advance your career.

But hey, maybe all the information has been provided and just hasn't been properly dispersed on our side. If that's the case, my apologies. But with the current "he said she said" going on between UALPA and SAPA, hard to take anyone's word for anything at the moment.

stop saying this is industry standard...its not. on DL a rah pilot would beat a delta pilot for an OO jumpseat by time of checkin, this is not the case at UAL. 9E goes above OO and RAH on DL because they are the largest DL regional and wholly owned, neither of which apply to any airline that beats me out of a united JS. as for AA it is OO pilots then TOC for everyone else because that is the priority AA gives us ( we are OAL so are they). and under NO OTHER JUMPSEAT AGREEMENT CAN A MAINLINE EMPLOYEE BUMP AN OWN METAL PILOT!!!!!! this is the case with the united version.
