Retaliatory culture isn’t just in the airlines. IT IS EVERYWHERE. Has NOTHING to do with our culture here. It has everything to do with human nature. The desire for revenge is a built in human nature. So if someone feels strongly enough he or she was burned, when the opportunity presents itself revenge or retaliation kicks in. Again human nature. All anyone that points that out is saying is that it is inevitable. Right or wrong is beside the point. You and others that get into a JS war over this have got to understand that there are consequences. One of those consequences in this industry in particular is black balling a pilot from being hired at that said airline. Wrong? Probably. But also human nature. Revenge is a dangerous and ugly thing.

You need to think about what you said. There are many, many guys at UAL who will go out of their way to burn these jumpseat deniers.
It's a dangerous game. Extremely dangerous. Even if these Skywest and Republic guys get in the door- some ****ed off CKAM quite possibly could hammer them on an initial or probation ride. It's a VERY dangerous game. Play at will. It's out of control. There are definitely people gathering names.

Of course potential criminal issues if you knowingly allow it, but that's a long shot.
You'll sit on my seat. Threats are not welcome. Its unsafe. And potentially make me liable if I allow them. Knock it off.

To any UAL/UAX pilots. As someone at OO, it is truly a shame to see no update from SAPA as the end of the day nears. There are many pilots here at OO that are frustrated with how SAPA has handled this and many that do not plan to deny the jumpseat starting tomorrow. I called three SAPA reps today individually to express my thoughts and frustration. I understand the anger and frustration directed at our pilot group but please know that SAPA’s words and actions regarding this issue do not represent a great many of us at OO - and yes that’s a problem. I can only hope that for those of you having to commute as long as this ordeal lasts are met with respectful and welcoming crews. You are all welcome on my jumpseat.

Now a UAL pilot cannot ride on anything American Eagle or Delta Connection operated by these clowns. Too far, boys and girls. A lot of people here are going to do their best not to see any of you here.

Yep, they are denying United, XJT, Commutair, Air Wisconsin, and TransStates Pilots on all their flights. It’s really amazing that their people in leadership positions at these carriers that are so stupid.

As to my understanding this is not true. Only applies to UAL colors. And yes, I think the above would be wrong and let the appropriate people know that as well
