Looks like the jumpseat order got changed.

Despite the "pilot shortage" there's plenty of apps on file at UAL after excluding Skywest and Republic.

Yeah don’t hire the guys that follow their Unions direction instruction for protest. Hire the other ones that’ll go well! /s/

I agree with you in terms of using names to hurt anyone’s future at this point. However, a list needs to be kept with ALPA via our PDR system that we can access. That way, we can crosscheck the list with who is scheduled to fly a flight we plan to commute on and make alternate arrangements well ahead of time if necessary. It can just be a planning tool. Fair enough?

Wow, the mis-information and flawed logic in this letter is incredible.
They have been working on this for years, so not out of the blue.
The logic (it is in violation of the fom);
A united pilot jumpseating on a delta flight is not a violation of the fom.
Well, we will pull a different excuse out of our ass.
Skywest technically never had a written agreement with the merged "United airlines." Skywest and Republic were asked to actually sign one and refused. This is on your jumpseat committee.
Please, would someone show me the signed jumpseat agreement with United Airlines (post merger). That seems to be the sticking point, but I have yet to see the official agreement.
What legal obligation do Skywest pilots have to a non-union pilot organization?
The jumpseat order United is asking for is the same as Delta, and American (and way better for you than Alaska).
Why not kick them off your jumpseat too?
I have always enjoyed the company and hospitality of Skywest and Republic pilots on their jumpseat.
I hope cooler heads prevail.

It doesn’t really matter because it states the agreement can be cancelled with 30 days notice. It’s been over 30 days since May.

If I ever hear from a mainline pilot that they secretly turned a name to pilot recruitment, they will be reported too. I’ll listen carefully to every word they say. I’ll note any unprofessional behavior and contact their chief pilot and HR department. It’s easy to bait pilots into saying inappropriate things. I highly disrespect pilots trying to threaten other pilot careers over a minor dispute over a jumpseat access.
Maybe you really want to work at SWA or FDX. No big deal then, you gotta do what you gotta do...Either way, it won’t get me in any hot water. Recommending pilots and the opposite are expected behaviors.
