Looks like the jumpseat order got changed.

Sure never said it would.....but there are a lot of 76 seaters flying routes that could and should. And then we fly SFO-SBA on a bus.....no one saw that coming so maybe it’s more markets than we think.

United's original scope in the 90's allowed for approximately 70, 50 seat regional jets and a carve out for some BAE-146's. Then came CH-11 and Whiteferg. You learn the rest and report back, MMMkay.

Well with the UAL/UAX jumpseat agreements being posted on other social media I gotta say this doesn't look good for the United MEC.

Surprise🙂 another mainline pilot saying, “I’m going to make sure you never get hired at mainline!’’ If anyone threatens your career, report them immediately to their chief pilot/HR. Just state they were displaying threatening behavior and you didn’t feel safe having them in your cockpit. Captain retains the final authority to JS access. Deny access for a potential security threat, unprofessional behavior, dress standards, etc. If you are denied a JS, remember it’s a privilege not a right. I would never argue with a captain for denying me a jumpseat. I respect captain authority.

Got a link? I’ve searched everywhere and have found nothing signed by my MEC. UAL MEC’s official stance to us, reiterated in today’s email about the drama, states there is nothing signed with any the Teamster or SkyWest student council.

I’m only assuming this is the photo that is being talked about that’s “floating around”
Which it’s been “floating around on social media” for years and had an ALPA stamp on it.
