Correction: only one tenant of the initial UA offer remains, the new agreement hardly resembles what was initially demanded. UA/UAX-E will have priority on UA/UAX-E aircraft, but UA Pilots will not have super-priority on UAX non-exclusive.

Also the UA Approved Personnel BS got removed.

Looks like a small win for the UAX non exclusive carriers, a small loss for UA (pride mostly), and a big win for the UAX-E pilots who caved to UALPA.

Just for clarification, YX and OO did not agree to the original jumpseat priority. There has been changes, so UALPA did not win the war outright like some of you hotshots predicted.

Next up: UALPA caving to scope 😂

Ouch. So did UAL ALPA just capitulate to a nonunion student council (to whom they gave away their flying no less)? I thought all the chest thumpers here said SKW was gonna lose?

Yep.

Sounds like Skywest/Republic got UAL to agree to terms like what they have with Delta.

I’m confused. Did the UAL pilots lose priority on anything?

No, but they didn’t get the super priority on all UAX flights that they demanded.

Doesn't sound like it. The part OO/YX was upset about was the "united authorized personnel" above all pilots seems to have been removed. I'm pleased with that
