Stop with the 'unilateral' BS. UA ALPA jumpseat chair has tried to close this abusive loophole for mere than a decade with Skywest and at least half a decade. Giving him the Heismann has been your JS chairs' MO.
Personally, I think that non-exclusive should be with OAL on all metal they don't own.

The bad list? Not so much.
Any long-term career injuries suffered in the GJW (Great Jumpseat War) of 2019 will be self-inflicted.
Note that the UAL mainline jumpseat remains 100% open per UALMEC and UAL guidance.
FWIW, many mainline pilots are also reporting (strictly for tracking purposes) those that are welcomed to ride the mainline jumpseat, either in the cockpit or cabin. Would be a shame to accept a ride and play nice in person and also be one of the 5% denying his/her own jumspeat. The hot-head lifers won't care, but many others probably should. (foot stomp)

Nothing like a self-perceived bad ass hiding behind a gate agent. Awesome.

"mere" should be "more"
"Giving him the Heismann" = stiff arming... e.g. preventing action on this issue.
"JS chairs'" should be "JS chair's". Singular possessive for the apostrophe.
"MO" is "modus operandi", which is a usual way of operating or doing something.
Hope that helps.

CFR 49 1520 : "Section 1520.5(b)(11) of the interim final rule adds a new provision intended to safeguard lists of information about the identities of individuals who hold certain positions with aviation or maritime security responsibilities. It covers lists of information that would identify individuals as persons: (1) With unescorted access to secure or restricted areas of an airport or maritime facility, port area, or vessel; (2) acting as security screening personnel employed by or under contract to the Federal government pursuant to aviation or maritime transportation security requirements of Federal law, when aggregated by airport; and (3) acting as Federal Air Marshals, certain Coast Guard personnel engaged in maritime security duties. This section also covers names, whether or not part of a list, of current, former, and applicants to be Federal Flight Deck Officers. These types of individuals may be targeted by terrorists or other criminals to obtain their security identification cards or credentials or to obtain SSI, such as screening procedures or security training methods. Thus, information that personally identifies these individuals must be protected."
Does making a list of pilots with their information fall under this rule?

And if that rule applied to pilots, that would put the FAA in a problematic position. Think about the last time you moved and how many aviation-related ads you got in the mail.

This would be illegal under that CFR rule if it applied to pilots.
