"Appropriate action?" This is absolutely ridiculous. You think a United pilot is going to carry your water? That letter will be found on the floor of your jet.

since United owns all the seats in the back, I hope this is enough to get them to get rid of the stupid program where we give the operator of the flight priority for seats in the back over our own employees. Never understood why we did that (again we own the seats), but perhaps this is enough to get that stupid policy changed

See here’s the funny thing about your comment. I haven’t met a United pilot yet that cares. We have a commuter clause and will use it and go home. Your flight number will be tracked and then management on both sides will decide how to deal with your political posturing
