PDRed and legal, and it said that a lot of trip trading happens this way.
So it sounds like seniority was honored. It’s just that someone more senior got what they wanted and that trumped your desire.

Yes, that's fine, the senior guy can have the junior guys trip. But then someone junior to me gets what I wanted. Seniority truly honored?

I typed a long response of what I think should happen in this situation, and once I reread it I realized there was some kind of seniority issues in everything I typed at every level. However I still view this current situation as the worst violation of seniority in this scenarios, ie someone being completely skipped over.

Point is, I think this situation, any way you spin it (besides the response of senior guy gets whatever he wants, all people below him be d*****d) supports the point of true seniority being ignored for many things here.

That’s literally how seniority works. The senior pilot got what they wanted. End of story. Just because there was some fallout to someone junior to you (because the senior pilot had his seniority honored) doesn’t mean seniority was violated in the least bit. You’re just bitter you didn’t get what you wanted.

It’s sad when during both events for my last LOE the PI and evaluator had to ask us to not share data on social media from the slides they were showing.

Are you referring to the UPRT module or FSAP data?
