I disagree. Allowing more 76 seaters in exchange for more 319s/small 737s allows for additional scope creep. First it was 50 seats, then 70, then 76.
We need to hold the line on numbers of 76 seaters absent mainline aircraft that are smaller than 319s (100 seats at mainline).
If we don't, management will want 100 seats at regionals on the next downturn.
