All women crew at OSH

Sounds like people who need constant "recognition" suffer from entitlement and envy.

Ask our Guard and Reserve pilots who were illegally discriminated against how they were treated equally.
Ask any LGBTQ pilot who had to pretend to be somebody they weren't up until most of the country finally woke the hell up a few years ago if they were treated equally.
Ask women and other minority pilots who are still treated differently because of the color of their skin or gender how they are treated equally.
What planet are you living on?

The planet where your oppression delusion is called out.

Well the theme for that day at Oshkosh was women's day, so it would have been a little strange not to have a female crew.
The purpose of events like this are for marketing, not to create a fun trip for 2 pilots senior enough to bid it. It worked. United got a ton of good press and everyone there seemed to enjoy getting a close look at the 787. Would you rather have a positive story about an all female United crew at Oshkosh or would you rather have another story about Dr. Dao?

For all you other whiny, butt hurt complainers out there, it was a women in aviation event for F's sake. Do you have to have everything? Women don't need to be marketed to, but if alot of them have fathers like some of you clowns they might need someone to tell them this is even a possibility.
To the OP of this and those of other posts like this that got so triggered and offended by what should be a goodwill story to start a topic to whinge about it, calm down. These things invariably turn into a circle jerk of guys snidely remarking about snowflakes and safe spaces. You're too dense to realize that these posts are nothing but you curling up into your special little fetal position to get validation from the rest of the losers who also got their saggy Hanes in a twist and tell you it's okay to be you. Man the F up. Jesus. Nobody whines, complains, cries, whinges and moans like a mustached, middle aged white dude in New Balances who thinks that someone else might be getting just a little bit more than them. I used to hope my daughters wouldn't have to work with you whiners. Now I pray to God they don't accidentally marry one of you and force me to listen to your incessant snowflake b!tching until I keel over. Act like men. Stop whining. You're weak.
If you think I'm wrong take all the posts on here complaining how white guys are getting screwed and compare them to a minority or woman complaining. But no, it's them that are seeking out special treatment.

But they do, it's just stating fact that every HR department in the industry aggressively desires them, It's just stating reality. It's a delusion that they are negativity discriminated against in today's world by companies.

And my guess is you don’t know any on a level deep enough that worked hard, never expected anything, are extremely good at their job, NEVER played the victim card, yet themselves are growing tired of all this virtue signaling.

I don’t think any of us do, at least the reasonable ones. It’s the obnoxious amounts of special attention that seems to be required accompanying ANY aviation accomplishment regarding a female. Equality should be EQUALITY. I’m happy to fly with a female CA, have a female CPO, won’t complain if our next CEO is a woman, happy to vote for a female president someday when a decent candidate surfaces. It’s not sexist to be annoyed by the special interest aspect of these things. It sets the cause back, to be honest. I truly believe all women to be just as capable of this profession as any man.....which is why I’m not impressed when I see it being done.
Good post. Agreed. We’re in a world of “girl power “ what with tv commercials, movies (a black chick as James Bond?), and other examples. Let’s tone down the girl power a little ladies. .
We know you’re already “strong.” The more it’s advertised and talked about, the more they won’t fit in. Just come to work and we’ll fly together. Period.
