You have me pegged. I never intend to be on reserve but am willing to spend contractual dollars for those who reserve is forced or those who choose. It's not about me but what is for the betterment of the group.

Right on! Admittedly, I haven't spent much time on RSV under the UPA. However, it's part of the job, and I'll probably be back on it someday. Regardless, it shouldn't be a torture chamber/hazing/flogging for anyone on the list junior or senior. RSV may be a choice for some, but for many it's not. It's just as important as any other section.
