So folks, if no one bids a piece of equipment where their seniority takes them below the G line then we won't have anyone on reserve. Thusly, we won't have to waste our precious dollars on improving the reserve system.

Not to worry. If you find yourself on reserve you only have yourself to blame. The other 80% if us won't spend a dime to improve the reserve system because people were dumb enough to bid it.
