Golden Touch Limo Service
Are these guys crazy?
Never seen such insane driving. Finally a cop pulled us over and put a stop to it.
There must be a place in Eastern Europe that recruits their drivers. Does NYC honor any drivers license or do they need a NY DL?

there’s nothing wrong with asking the driver to stop and then Uber or taxi from where you get out. . I know it will be a PITA, but a safer option nonetheless.

Cop that pulled us over didn't even explain anything to him. "court date is on the back. Any questions call the court."

Pilots complain about everything...first it’s that it takes too long to get downtown, then when the driver wants to get them there quicker than complain about that too! Maybe we can get Kathy to move to nyc and be our driver. I do wonder how her cats are doing.

I admit we love to complain but man I ll back this guy up on Golden Touch ... I’ve ran across a few who were decent guys and did their jobs well.
But man some of these guys are wreck less
That also being said , I will note depending on what area you live (Florida in my case) where the average age is 82, we don’t see guys get above 60 mph . The driving in general is vastly different between my home and any where in the tristate area. It’s simply more aggressive . If people did that where I live the national guard would be called out.

LAX and SFO have similar problems.
Last month in SFO, the van and driver smelled like a cheap motel room. I think he had slept in it, and he kept nodding off on the way to airport.
LAX, the driver was flying down PCH, while working on his phone. Had to tell him to slow down and put down the phone. A report and call to dispatcher ensued both times. No tip for him.
Keep those seat belts fastened.

Believe it or not, when we started using Golden Touch, they were considered a vast improvement over the previous contractor (Abbey transportation, as I recall). Those vans were rusted out, had no suspension, broken seat springs poked you in the rear, and the drivers had been disqualified from Ben-Hur’s chariot race.
